Lego Pirates of the Caribbean is a PS3 game only. PS4 and PS5 don't have PS3 backwards compatibly so the only way to play older games is to purchase a PS Plus Premium membership which includes not only pirates but also Lego Indiana Jones, and Lego Batman 1 and 2.
